Annual Subdivision Garage Sale (and Bake Sale), 2012

Date and Time: Saturday June 2^nd 2012 at 07:00am

Location: Green Jade Estates Drive, Fenton MO 63036

There should be lots of items for sale, with many houses participating. Furniture, baby and kids items, households, clothes, books, toys and much more! Don’t miss it!

Additionally, homeowner #240 will be holding a Bake Sale at the same time. All proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.

Subdivision is near Gravios Bluffs Shopping Center (directions & links to online maps below).

1. Take 141 to Gravios Bluffs Blvd.
2. Go East on Gravios Bluffs Blvd (towards Wal-Mart).
3. Follow road all the way past shopping stores to Old 141.
4. At “T” junction turn right onto Old 141.
5. Take third left onto Samarra Estates.
6. Turn Right at first “STOP” sign onto Green Jade Dr.
7. Take first left onto Green Jade Estates Dr.

There will be plenty of signs to follow.

First Annual Block Party, 2010

Come and join your neighbors

We are excited to announce the first annual Green Jade Estates block party!

When: 06-19-2010 From 02:00 pm into the evening…
Where: Large common area (¾ way down street on left hand side).

Please plan on attending! We ask that families bring along a side dish, as well as their own meat, drinks, lawn chairs, and whatever else you think you might need!

• We will gather BBQ pits, and spend a wonderful afternoon getting to know neighbors.
• We will need tables to set up food on so plan to bring one if you have it.
