The below quoted item relating to “Street Repairs” is taken from Annual Meeting Minutes for 2012:
- Last year we spent $850 on asphalt patching the street. This year (2012) we plan to spend somewhere between $10,000 to $15,000 replacing a number of concrete slabs and asphalt patching smaller areas in need of repair (probably sometime in June, once we’re clear of the wet weather season).
Work is scheduled to begin this coming weekend (Saturday 30th June – Sunday 1st July) on replacing a number of concrete slabs and asphalt patching of our street – areas to be replaced, patched are outlined in yellow paint. At this time we’re hoping the work will be completed within a week, if that changes we will update this post accordingly.
To aid the road crew in carrying out these repairs in a safe and timely manner, we please ask that you do not park on the street at this time.
Your cooperation and understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
